Emergencies
You should dial 999 immediately if you or someone else is seriously ill:
- has severe central chest pain
- has had a major accident
- has problems breathing
- has lost consciousness
- may have had a stroke:
- has lost the ability to speak
- has lost movement in a hand and/or leg
- the side of the face has dropped
Out of hours
If you need urgent advice when the surgery is closed at night or the weekend please phone 0300 1115 717. Your call will be taken by Wiltshire Medical Services who will be able to offer Nurse triage advice or arrange for you to be seen by a Doctor if it is deemed necessary. You may be asked to visit the Primary Care Centre at Amesbury or Warminster. All calls are recorded. Please remember that out-of-hours services are for medical emergencies and should only be contacted if you cannot wait to be treated during the normal working day.

Salisbury Walk In Centre
The Salisbury Walk In Centre functions 365 days per year from 8.00am to 8.00pm and are happy to see any patients who need seeing as a matter of urgency and cannot get to their normal surgery.
