We aim to treat all our patients with warmth and respect. We create with you a partnership of care.
We will:
- Ensure all our patients have 24 hour access to medical care.
- Aim to see you the same day for urgent cases and within 48 hours for less urgent problems.
- Involve you and listen to your opinions and views in all aspects of your medical care.
- The prevention of disease, illness and injury is a primary concern.
- We are keen advocates of health promotion and give life style advice.
We would respectfully ask of you:
- Let us know if you intend to cancel an appointment or are running late.
- Treat our staff with courtesy and respect. Reception staff may occasionally have to ask personal questions to assist in providing you with the earliest possible appointment.
- Inform the practice staff of any alterations in your circumstances such as change of name, address or telephone number. Please ensure we have your correct telephone number even if it is ex-directory.
